The SE is Calgary's COMPLETE quadrant. Three lake communities — Auburn Bay, Mahogany and McKenzie Lake — give it something no other quadrant can match. Add Fish Creek Park to the west, the South Health Campus hospital right in the middle, Seton's incredible retail and the YMCA, and you start to understand why SE Calgary tops so many buyers' lists. Newer communities like Nostalgia, Logan Landing and Hotchkiss keep delivering modern builds at competitive prices...while more established communities like Riverbend, Cranston and McKenzie Towne offer the kind of CHARACTER that only comes with time. Families love it here. Couples and singles just starting out love it here. Empty nesters love it here. Not one but TWO large employment centres in Quarry Park and Seton! And once you move in...you'll understand why people STAY.

“I’ve sold in every quadrant of Calgary and the SE has something special — that COMPLETE feeling. Great hospital, great shopping, great schools, lake communities, Fish Creek...it’s all here. From Mahogany to international award-winning McKenzie Towne and its charming downtown, buyers never want to leave. I’ve watched their kids grow up in those communities. That says everything. I’ve been living here since 2007…and not going anywhere…”
